Our Return Policy is designed to be as hassle-free and fair as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged.

IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have thirty (30) days* from the purchase date to return or exchange the item at the original purchase price. Returns must be in its original packaging with the original proof of purchase. Manager approval is required for any returns or exchanges made after 30 days from date of purchase.  Manager approval is required for any return or exchanges made without the original receipt.

Refunds for in-store purchases will be returned to the original form of payment (Cash, Credit Card, or Gift Card). Returns are processed immediately but can take 5 – 7 business days to reflect on your account. For in-store purchases made with a check, funds will be returned via a check issued from Store Support.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS & EXCEPTIONS

         Items that have a warranty will be repaired in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty.

Clothing & Footwear

Must be in like-new condition and able to be sold (unwashed, tags still attached, and unworn). Defective footwear may be returned within Thirty (30) days for a full credit towards a footwear purchase. Footwear found to have abusive sole or upper wear may not be returned for credit.

Gun Shop

All sales are final, including Ammo.

Outdoor & Gas Power Equipment

Unused outdoor and gas-powered equipment (including, but not limited to, mowers, chainsaws, blowers, tillers, and pressure washers) must be returned within thirty (30) days; be accompanied by original receipt; and be completely emptied of any fluids.

Used equipment must be taken to an authorized repair center and will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as applicable.

ALL GENERATOR SALES ARE FINAL.

 

ATWOODS.COM RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Atwoods.com Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is received to return make a return.  Returns can be initiated in your Atwoods.com account or by calling 1-844-428-9663.  Returns must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Atwoods.com Exchanges

At this time, we cannot directly exchange items.  You will return the items and we will issue a refund for the item once we receive the item.  You can then place an order for the exchange.

Freight Shipped Items

Freight shipped items are not eligible for return.  Damaged orders will need to be refused at delivery for a replacement.

Consumables

We cannot accept returns on consumable products for both Animals and Humans.  If there is an issue with the item, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-844-428-9663.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards purchased online are not eligible for returns. All Sales are final.
